Women’s Self Defense Clinic (12 years old and up)
The Women’s Self Defense Clinic is a FREE service to the community. Reaction Force Martial Arts conducts WSD clinics on an “as requested” basis. All organizations within the community are eligible to request for a clinic to be held.
The WSD clinic provides a 1½ hour instruction on:
- Tips to enhance personal safety
- Instruction on life-saving self-defense techniques
- Hands-on practice with self-defense techniques in a safe environment setting
