Breaking Seminar (*Age requirements below)
The Breaking Seminar is oriented to instruct breaking techniques and provide tips for martial artists who are expanding their breaking training. The curriculum is designed to give a better understanding in the methods and ideology with breaking. This seminar also encompasses school owners/instructors who want to incorporate breaking into testing sessions and school curriculum.
The Breaking Seminar provides a 3 hour instruction:
Part I – Instructors and Assistant Instructors
Instructors and assistant instructors receive tips to enhance breaking proficiency, learn how to select the right materials, and instruction proper holding techniques
Part II – Students
Students are introduced to the application of basic striking techniques in perspective to breaking. Basic striking techniques are reviewed, broken down, and analyzed to show the functional aspect of how the strike completes the break. Students then have the opportunity to perform the technique(s).

* Minimum age requirements: Board breaking – 8 years of age, Concrete breaking – 16 years
