TESTING
August 1, 2009
10:00 a.m. – Little Phoenix/Adv Little Phoenix
11:00 a.m. – Kids White/Yellow/Orange
12:00 p.m. – Kids Green/High Green
The following criteria must be met to be eligible to test:
- Complete training hours*
- Earn Form and One-step stripes
- Receive Instructor recommendation
- Recieve Parent recommendation
- Complete and turn in testing sign-up sheet
- Testing fees paid
*Training hour minimum requirements
- White belt - 12 hours
- White belt/yellow stripe – 12 hours
- Yellow belt to Red belt - 32 hours
