10:00 a.m. – Little Phoenix/Adv Little Phoenix 
11:00 a.m. – Kids White/Yellow/Orange 
12:00 p.m. – Kids  Green/High Green                 
 
The following criteria must be met to be eligible to test:

Complete training hours*
Earn Form and One-step stripes
Receive Instructor recommendation
Recieve Parent recommendation
Complete and turn in testing sign-up sheet
Testing fees paid

*Training hour minimum requirements
