We are very pleased to highlight William and Wyatt Chambers’ efforts this past summer to help out the City of Cut and Shoot to renovate their local park area.  William, age 9, and Wyatt, age 8, spent the latter part of their summer assisting with park playground renovations.

Certifications: Improving the quality of our Conditioning Class training instruction!
November 14 & 15, 2009
We will be attending a CrossFit Olympic Lifting Certification hosted by P3 CrossFit in Houston, TX, to improve training instruction for the Olympic lifting portion of our Conditioning Classes.

Remodeling Complete!
Reaction Force is happy to announce the completion of the remodeling of our conditioning fitness facility area.  Although the major work is now complete, we have several upgrades coming in the next few months.

We have recently added conditioning classes to our schedule, and will be adding more classes as enrollment increases!  Stay in top fighting shape – improve strength, stamina, endurance!  Give us a call and let us tell you all about it.
